Enjoying an evening out, Taylor Lautner was spotted at the GQ Men of the Year Party in Los Angeles last night (November 17).

The “New Moon” stud looked to be in good spirits as he arrived at the Chateau Marmont, sporting a grey suit and skinny tie.

In related news, the National Enquirer has claimed that Mr. Lautner has been on the receiving end of some persuasion to date Taylor Swift again, and it’s coming from Swift’s mom!

But according to Gossip Cop, it’s all lies. Additionally, the Enquirer also said that Swift is only dating Jake Gyllenhaal to make Lautner jealous… again, another lie.

Carrie Prejean, whose Miss California USA tiara was taken away after officials discovered her sex tape, is pregnant with her first child. Prejean married Oakland Raiders quarterback Kyle Boller in July.

\”We are just so excited,\” Prejean told Fox News. \”I\’m due in May on my grandmother\’s birthday. She recently passed away, so that\’s very special to us.\”

Not everything is going great, though. \”I\’m trying to stay healthy, but it has been tough,\” she said. \”I\’ve been getting night sickness.\”

Boller is thrilled. \”I have the most beautiful pregnant wife ever, we are so in love, and this was just the best news when we found out a couple of weeks ago,\” he said.

Prejean\’s scandal started when she said during the interview portion of the Miss USA pageant that she does not support gay marriage. In the aftermath, the Miss California organization revealed she was not living up to her contract as a representative of the pageant. Prejean tried to sue to keep her job and rake in cash, but immediately backed off when pageant officials — including Shanna Moakler — pulled out their trump card: A sex tape of Prejean they played in front of her mother and lawyers.

Prejean\’s legal battle is starting anew. The 23-year-old is suing the Miss California USA folks again for leaking info about the previous suit and negotiations to multiple media outlets.

Breaking Dawn actress Dakota Fanning has been named homecoming queen of her private California high school!

Dakota Fanning has played many roles in her young life, but the one she is relishing most right now is that of normal high school student. Fanning may be one of the stars of Twilight, but being crowned homecoming queen at her California high school is the highlight of her year so far!

Fanning, who was named to the homecoming court last year, accepted the honor with her usual girlish grace, wearing a short sparkling dress with black tights and boots while taking the arm of her king, a varsity football player.

But wait, why is a star of Fanning\’s caliber attending a regular high school — albeit a pricey private one — instead of having a private tutor like most child stars? Call it a need for normalcy.

Dakota told Today in June, \”I think it was really important to have the high school experience. I think that I want [the college] experience as well. I just think everyone always looks back on that time in their life. Who was homecoming princess and [did] the cheerleading…and all the things that go along with high school? And I wanted to have that. I\’m really lucky that I found a school that allows me to do both.\”

The teen\’s next role is back on the big screen, as Jane in both installments of Breaking Dawn.

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian may have been joking with their fake Halloween proposal picture, but a source close to the couple says that although it didn\’t happen that day, the couple actually is engaged.

The source told E! Online that LeAnn and Eddie definitely are engaged and that\’s why Eddie\’s scorned ex-wife Brandi Glanville wants to have a sit-down with the woman that caused her heartbreak.

While appearing on The Talk, Glanville told Sharon Osbourne, Leah Remini and Julie Chen that she and Rimes are finally \”going to go and sit down and talk.\”

Of course, she also made it abundantly clear that she was totally blindsided by Eddie\’s inexcusable infidelity.

\”I did believe I had a great marriage. My marriage — in my head — was not in trouble.\”

Glanville was arrested last week on DUI charges and subtly faulted Cibrian and Rimes for that, too.

\”I\’m used to having my kids all the time,\” she explained. \”Now I have them part-time. I don\’t have a nanny. I don\’t have help. When they\’re gone, I\’m alone.\” So she drinks a few glasses of wine to deal with it.

According to TMZ, a Facebook site has claimed to have video footage of LiLo doing the nasty with two other lovers.

Of course, the “Mean Girls” actress has completely denied any such footage and her friends say it’s all a hoax.

In related news, Lindsay is said to be doing much better with her rehab regimen this time around.

Her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley told press, “She only has one hour of internet access per day and she is using this to stay in the loop with her family and friends while trying to do some career stuff too. Lindsay has not made any great friends inside the clinic, she is just trying to keep her head down and get on with things.”
